Description

A practice of yoga that is accessible to all, non-performance-oriented and tailored to the individual. The session includes postural, respiratory and meditative practices based on Hatha Yoga, which aim to maintain or improve balance, health and the ability to be attentive, in order to harmonise the relationship with the body and the breath.

Teacher: Luca Signor, affiliated with the Institut Français de Yoga (IFY) and member of the Union des Enseignants de Yoga de l'Isère (UEYI).
