Description

Come and discover the BATHYSMED protocol, in water at 30 degrees, with private access, for a "wellness" dive that will bring you a renewed sense of serenity through effective management of the stress accumulated in your daily life. You will feel calm and rejuvenated.

Group sessions are also available, allowing you to fully share the experience with others.

Briefing at the poolside (20 min): explanation of the equipment and how it works, along with a rundown of the session’s structure. Building the participant’s confidence.
