My sports massage is a mixture of techniques of Otrhopedic Manual Therapy, lifting of muscular tension and massages more or less pressed on areas of tension.

The comfort or well being massage is a soft global massage on predefined areas with the client.

Orthopedic Manual Therapy is indicated for back, cervical or lumbar problems, joint blockage, reharmonization of vertebrae or other joints...
