You will enjoy strolling through Montbrun-les-Bains, passing its fountains, its ‘calades’ and historic monuments. Take advantage of the terraces of the thermal spas (with views over the Mont Ventoux !) and a session featuring complete treatments (hydro-massage baths, ‘douche sous affusion’ and 20 minute treatment with essential oils). You can also walk through the lavender fields and discover the remarkable landscapes of Haute Provence. Even your holiday nights will be perfumed by the scent of the lavender-scented soil.
The walking circuits will immerse you in the landscape of Drôme Provençale, surrounded by lavender fields. You will discover the Haute Provence of Jean Giono, who lived only a few kilometres from Montbrun les Bains, "là haut",up there, on the Plateau d'Albion. You can walk through the Baronnies amidst remarkably unspoilt natural surroundings.
On all these walks views of the ‘Géant de Provence’ (the Mont Ventoux) are omnipresent. If you feel up to it, why not go for the summit!
