Discovery of sylvotherapy and forest baths.
Conscious walking, barefoot walking, games, relaxation and meditation and rejuvenation in contact with beech, fir and spruce trees.

My first fasting, detox and revitalisation stays in the Bauges massif (healthy food, qigong, forest baths, conscious walking, discovery between lakes, forests and mountains).
