Since 1982, Jean-Marc Montegottero and his team have kept alive the traditional methods of manufacturing virgin 100% fruit oils, producing completely natural products: one fruit, one oil.
Now, in the space of a visit, you can learn all about this living heritage and discover the secrets behind our craft. From the rigorous selection of raw materials to filtration techniques, find out everything there is to know about the artisanal methods we use to produce virgin oil.

The mill is open to visits by appointment.

At the end of the visit, you will have a chance to browse the product range in our boutique.
