Put on your hiking boots and snowshoes, your hat and gloves, and we'll take you into the forest to reconnect with your trapper spirit as night falls!
Warm jacket: closed! Snowshoes: set! Headlamp: on!
Once you've checked your harness and belt settings, it's time to head off into the heart of the forest with the mushers. The reward lies at the end of the trail: Erwin, your chef for the evening, awaits you by the fire to share a little aperitif made in Oisans. The aperitif is also for the pooches: even before the festivities begin, you'll need to tie them up and give them some water, seasoned with sardine juice; the little secret to baiting them. After this time of conviviality, you can enjoy a Scandinavian meal cooked over an open fire. The recipes are simple and delicious, in the great tradition of raids in the Far North. After listening to Erwin and Barbara's mountain stories, it's time to go home, warm up in bed and dream about this magnificent Nordic experience.
