Description

This tasting tour will allow you to discover the rich heritage of the Beaujolais region in our company.

First, we'll explain the geological and historical context of Beaujolais and the estate from the Middle Ages to the present day.

Next, you'll visit the winery to learn more about the Beaujolais wine-making process.

Finally, enjoy a guided tasting of 7 to 8 wines paired with a platter of charcuterie or local cheeses. Two cuvées of Beaujolais Blanc will be presented: the pale gold Cuvée Ammonite, with its aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit, and the oak-aged Cuvée, with its blond gold color and oaky finish, much appreciated by oenologists.
You'll then taste two Beaujolais-Villages, made from old vines on a steep granite hillside. These cuvées come from old vines (55 to 105 years old) that have been cultivated using sustainable methods for over 20 years to respect the environment.
Next, discover our Crus, made from the exceptional sandy terroirs of the Brouilly hillside. The Brouilly expresses roundness and finesse with aromas of violets, while the Côte de Brouilly, aged for a year in oak barrels, opens with notes of cherry and kirsch...
Finally, a delicate sweet wine from late harvest, our Perles de Viognier or Pinot gris. Two atypical grape varieties for astonishing wines.
