Meet at the Bellevue gondola car park at 9 a.m. Ascent with the cable car. Depending on the form of the group and the conditions, passage to Col de Tricot and Le Truc by a beautiful route at the foot of the glaciers or direct descent to Les Contamines by a beautiful path in the forest. Night in the village of Les Contamines.

> DAY 2: LES CONTAMINES - LES MOTTETS
We take the path of the Roman way, departure of the climb to the Cols du Bonhomme and Les Fours, objectives of our morning. Then a beautiful descent in the pastures in the middle of the Tarines cows before joining the refuge for a beautiful traditional evening.

> DAY 4: OLD HOUSE - BONATTI REFUGE
Descent to Courmayeur, the Italian “Chamonix” and passage through the old village before going up to the Val Sapin and the Bertone refuge. Then a very beautiful crossing to the Bonatti refuge named after the famous Italian mountaineer. No luggage tonight.

> DAY 5: BONATTI REFUGE - LA FOULY
This morning we are walking in front of Mont Dolent, straddling three countries, to Col Grand Ferret where Switzerland welcomes us. Pleasant descent to the Peule pasture where you will learn all about traditional mountain farming and the making of raclette.

> DAY 6: LA FOULY - CHAMPEX - TRIENT
Transfer to Champex. Beautiful balcony stage above Martigny and the Rhône valley, in the distance the many vines bear witness to Swiss wine production. Descent to Trient, a small village, via the Bisse du Trient. Depending on the form of the group and the conditions, it is possible to go through the Arpette window, a more alpine route. (your guide is the only one to decide on the best option).

> DAY 7: TRIENT - ARGENTIERE
It is time to return to France via the Col de Balme from where the view over the Chamonix valley is breathtaking. The small village of Le Tour, the last village of our trek, awaits us at the bottom. End of the trek around 3/4 p.m. at the Tour.
