Description
During nearly fifteen years of archaeological excavations, the Balmes cave has yielded many Neolithic and Bronze Age remains which make it a reference site in the Alpine arc. Archeology is a fascinating science and accessible to all and this workshop, which is particularly aimed at children, will allow them to discover the profession of Jean Ducaillou, the chief archaeologist of the Museum. Like him, budding archaeologists will excavate their square and then have fun studying their discoveries to make their excavation notebook.
