Week of May 3 to 8:
- Monday: Le Temporel: pork cheek with bacon cream, baby onions and rice. Dessert of the moment. Reservation at 06 77 46 40 79
- Tuesday : Le Temporel : veal confit with morels, lemon juice, ginger and papardelle, celeriac. Dessert of the moment. Reservation at 06 77 46 40 79
- Wednesday : la Paillère : marinated pork ribs with barbecue sauce, coleslaw and potatoes. Brownie and custard.
- Thursday : Le Temporel : farm chicken with black garlic juice and bohemian. Dessert of the day. Reservation at 06 77 46 40 79
- Friday and Saturday: L'Orchidée d'Asie: assortment of hot and cold Asian specialties (nems, samoussas, Cantonese rice, shrimps, pork caramel). On reservation at 06 95 29 15 88
