For first-timers, we recommend suitable routes with snow or rock elements. For example, the Traversée de la Vallée Blanche or the Balcons de la Mer de Glace. Once you've mastered the basics of high mountain climbing, you can venture out on more technical day trips: Arête des Cosmiques, Aiguilles d'Entrèves and Traversée des Crochues.
