Whatever type of meat or breed you choose, the cuts are carefully selected and cooked to your liking, taking care to preserve all of their flavour. What's more, the meat is matured on-site by the Chef.

The beautiful, bright terrace on the iconic Rue Mercière is a great spot for lunch. For dinner, you can enjoy one of the estate wines from our collection at the bar before moving to the table to devour your meat!
Along with the Boucherie Centrale des Halles-Paul-Bocuse and Olivier Metzger, we have selected cuts of beef from among the best breeds in the world. All have been raised in the purest tradition of their terroir of origin to ensure that you enjoy all of the flavours of these exceptional meats.
