Group lessons for adults, children, Club Piou Piou from 3 to 5 years, snowboard groups.

Introduction to biathlon. Private lessons. Seated skiing for people with reduced mobility.
Introduction to ski touring.

Snowshoe outings.

Sommand ESF extras:
- a covered treadmill at the Piou Piou club for children
3 and 4 years
- snowboard lessons for beginners on Sundays in January and March
- freeride lessons during the winter vacations with a ski instructor who won the 2014 Derby de la Meije.
