Description
There's only one watchword here: to revisit or introduce local specialities by blending them with creative cuisine. Fondue, raclette and Abondance berthoud are served alongside scallop ravioli, suckling pig with pumpkin mousseline, and calf's head with gribiche sauce.
Upstairs, you can enjoy all these dishes by the fire, while taking in our beautiful panoramic view of the glaciers.
