Description
A thousand year old practice to remain healthy, whether static or moving, paying close attention to breathing to free the mind and spirit from the tension caused by daily stress, and to get a taste of well-being and relaxation.
Supervision : Nicole Peronnet, trained at the Qi school.
Here is the instructor's approach, "I try to teach simplicity, presence in the moment, and concentration on breathing, feeling and observing without judgment.
This is a slow and progressive approach, whose objective is "tonic" relaxation; listening to both your inner voice and what's going on around you, all the while enjoying the physical activity and fluidity of movement."
