Description

Plum Lyon is in the historic district on the Croix-Rousse hills, a UNESCO World Heritage site. They offer market cookery classes, traditional French cuisine classes, children's workshops, and workshops on the theme of regional French cuisine. There are 6-8 students per class so there is plenty of opportunity for hands-on learning at the Plum Lyon Teaching Kitchen.
