Description

Pierre Gagnaire, the three-Michelin-starred chef, has successfully brought together in his restaurant at the Palace Les Airelles two universes: Italian uninhibited food and the finesse of French cuisine, promising a beautiful moment of Franco-italiantasting on the plate.

To ignite mountain flavors, Pierre Gagnaire and Riccardo Valore have given pride of place, for example, to gentian or genepi. In addition to the essential antipasti, pasta and risotto, the menu also offers to share Bottoni, Sienna and Aubergine, a Burrata with white truffle and artichoke salad or an Octopus with basil sauce and black olives.
