Description

This activity giving considerable benefits is practiced with light poles and allows a complete muscular and cardio-vascular work. Combined with wellness sessions and a massage, here is an activity at once gentle for the organism and ideal to get back into shape.

Program : 3 sessions of nordic walking in the morning, 1 full-day session of nordic walking, Wellness sessions in the afternoon (1 massage non-therapeutic, 2 aquagym sessions, 2 streching sessions), 1 rallye discovery in the afternoon and 1 guided hike in the afternoon.
