Description
This activity takes place in the Lormay forest, a secluded spot in the Bouchet valley, at the foot of the majestic peaks of the Aravis mountain range. In the forest, following in the footsteps of the fox, we will learn to be as cunning as the fox and ask ourselves the right questions. How does the fox live? What's his home like? What does it cook? How can we avoid confusing him? How does he track and observe other animals in the wild? Who lives with him in this forest? Animals with fur, feathers, two legs, four legs and no legs! They crawl, walk, jump, gallop, trot... Some have horns, others antlers: how can you tell the difference? Some have hooves, some have paw pads, some have claws and some don't... And these animals leave tracks on the ground: you'll have to recognise the owner! The fox knows everything, because it's cunning... We'll make a plaster cast that the children can proudly take home to their parents. During this session, the children will discover nature's animals. To understand nature, there's nothing like going on an expedition with friends... and without parents, who will be told all about it on the way home!
