Description
Corinne Plassat, the granddaughter of Jules, is in charge of this family establishment. Her children Yannick, the chef, and Ludo, a professional fisherman, carry on the family tradition with passion.
In the kitchen, everything is home made, in line with the Maître Restaurateur label. The two brothers combine their skills to serve the widest variety of fresh fish from Lake Geneva.
Classic recipes and marvellous new concoctions are created by Yannick. Come and try teh Lake geneva fishes like the féra, char, the trout, the pike.. or just enjoy a fillet of perch.
You'll be welcomed with a smile and no pretentiousness at the edge of the lake or in our panoramic dining rooms. Advance booking advised.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9.30 pm. On Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 10 pm.
Closed on Wednesday.
Closed wednesday at noon and wednesday evening.
