Description
The author of several books and documentary films, Ernst is a forestry engineer, has a doctorate in natural sciences, is a lecturer and researcher in wood science at the Bern University of Applied Sciences and teaches at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ). Ernst Zürcher studies the temporal structures of trees (chronobiology).
He will be talking about recent discoveries on the link between the visible and the invisible in nature.
After the lecture, a meal made with fresh plant products (main course and homemade dessert of the moment) for 30€.
