Description
Where to begin an “ideal” day in Lyon? At Le Fer à Cheval, of course! You may be tempted to spend the rest of the day at Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse and that’s absolutely fine. The restaurant opened to serve workers finishing construction of the building, which would not be officially inaugurated until the following year. That’s how closely the history of Le Fer à Cheval, which some of the older regulars affectionately call ‘La 70’, is intertwined with that of the market. Around the bar, the atmosphere is always lively.
The team at Le Fer à Cheval welcome diners from Tuesday to Sunday and serve the best croque-monsieur in Lyon!
Opening
Open daily from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Closed on Dec. 25th.
