Description
It is in the heart of the larches and pine trees that the restaurant offers a mountain bistro menu cooked outdoors in a brazier.
The cooking around the fire is simple and entirely homemade.
The Boui-Boui welcomes its guests every lunchtime and to enjoy the lights at the end of the day until 8 p.m.
Two dinners are offered per week: a raclette evening at the brazier welcoming the guests on a large table, and a dinner with music on Saturday evenings.
The address, at the bend in the paths, is warm, intimate and simple, like a meeting place for insiders for a moment out of time.
