On the doorstep of the Beaujolais region, reputed for its gastronomy, we are holders of the 'Maître-Restaurateur' title, and a member of the Collège Culinaire de France.
Our Chef Nicolas Moreau, 35 years old, has 12 years of experience in catering. After an apprenticeship in the Paul Bocuse Brasseries, he went abroad before returning to France in 2007 to work with Raphaël Beringer. He was involved in the opening of the ""33 Cité"" with the chefs Christophe Marguin and Mathieu Vianney, and then the creation of the restaurant Kos-I (I-Way), before taking over the kitchens of La Tour Rose until the end of 2016.
After working with several members of the association 'Toques Blanches Lyonnaises', he has created a personal, gourmet, generous and inventive cuisine, sometimes with a pinch of extravagance.
Nicolas likes to blend flavours and textures to surprise and delight the taste buds. His dishes amaze. Sourcing fine local ingredients, and working with the seasons, he is always striving for perfection.
Creating and giving pleasure are his watchwords. Always looking for memorable culinary experiences, and exceptional ingredients, he comes up with combinations that he sometimes discovers at the same time as his diners.
While he enjoys taking risks, his mastery means his experiences are always magical and constantly renewed.
This ""home-made"", authentic and flavoursome cuisine can be tasted with two set menus, gourmet or very gourmet, which come in seven ""surprise"" courses according to the season and the chef's whim. Enjoy a gourmet experience comfortably seated in our muffled and elegant dining room or on our large terrace beneath the shade of hundred-year-old plane trees.
The quality of our cuisine and the restaurant's elegant and warm setting (with capacity for 40 diners) will ensure that your business meetings or private receptions are a success.

Open daily: noon-1:30 PM and 7:30 PM-9 PM. Closed on Dec. 25th and Jan. 1st.
