Description

"A Nougat Master Confectioner since 1887, André Boyer has been strictly following ancestral recipes in making white
nougat, black nougat, Provencal macaroons, einkorn galettes, Calissons, traditional marshmallows and
much more.
We invite you to come and discover the ancestral know-how of our Maison, by entering the heart of our
manufacturing workshops.
During your visit, you will explore a small museum explaining the history and the production of our
confectionery. You will also tour our library devoted to the culinary arts and recipes from yesteryear, as
well as long-forgotten secrets and ingredients."

From Saturday 18 to Sunday 19 September at 3 pm.
