• TERMS AND CONDITIONS - WINTER 2020-2021

Specific cancellation conditions relating to Covid-19 applicable from December 2020 to April 2021
These special conditions will be applicable only for following situation:
- Border closures directly related to the Covid-19 pandemic for passengers/clients* coming from foreign countries, within the limit of 3 days before the planned dates of stay.
- Inability for the Hotel Les Sherpas to open for a reason directly related to Covid-19.
- Closure of the ski area directly related to the Covid-19
- Inability for passenger / client * to travel (quarantine) for a reason directly related to Covid-19 (official proof essential: medical certificate, public injunction, etc.)

In all the cases mentioned above, SA Résidence Les Sherpas will propose to all these customers the possibility of modifying the dates of their stays, without price modification, to a later period under the following conditions:
- Opening period of the Hotel Les Sherpas (December - April)
- Availability in the desired category
In all the cases mentioned above, SA Résidence Les Sherpas will propose to all its customers the possibility of cancelling their stay under the following conditions:
- Reimbursement by bank transfer only (less a flat-rate administration fee of 25 € per transaction) of the deposit or of the entire stay if it is prepaid.
- Reimbursement at the net rate received by SA Résidence Les Sherpas, commission fees collected by any intermediary * will be subject to the specific provisions of this same intermediary (travel agency for example).
- In the event that the intermediary takes the initiative to cancel the client's stay, the cancellation conditions will then be at the discretion of the same intermediary.
Any intermediary *: An intermediary is any company or business provider through which the client has booked his stay, the intermediary will have or not received a commission.
Passengers/clients *: A passenger or client is considered to be any person listed on the reservation as the occupant of the room rented as part of the stay. Passengers / customers must provide a passport number when confirming the reservation or prove their identity upon arrival."
