From the production to the maturing process, between tradition and modernity... the gestures, the know-how, the passion make the specificity of the Abondance PDO cheese but also of the 7 other labeled cheeses of Savoie.
Discussions with the mediator will allow you to discover all the subtleties of these exceptional cheeses as well as some advice on how to cut them, compose a platter, cook them or even taste them.
