Description
The Clairette wine and the Bio Vallées Bike Tour is a half a day ride starting at 'Monastère de Sainte Croix' and heading for the village of Ponet to discover the Clairette vineyards. You will then head for the hills in the direction of Marignac valley before cycling down the valley of La Sure and its stunning villages: St Julien en Quint, Vachères...An outing on the heights of the Diois region with the Vercors cliffs as backdrop to your ride.
What's best about this tour:
-Discovering the village of Ponet vineyards and take a wine tasting break at Achard Wine Cellars (biodynamic production)
- The views from Marignac mountain top towards the Vercors mountains
-Riding along La Sure river gorges
Most of the ride will be on the road (except for 4 km of off-road on the banks of the river Drôme)
