Description
Discover the history of the estate, dating back to its construction in 1250, in front of the majestic façade and admire the extraordinary architecture of this former fortified house. Then, step into the heart of the Château and journey through 8 centuries of history with a visit to its medieval rooms: the justice hall, the dungeon, and the guardroom.
Continue your experience with a tour of the aging cellar, featuring oak barrels, followed by a walk through the vineyards to explore the estate's various grape varieties. You will also visit the vat room, showcasing traditional concrete tanks and modern stainless-steel vats.
We will share our eco-responsible choices, including sustainable vineyard practices, organic conversion, biodiversity, agroforestry, permaculture, beekeeping, and more, along with our winemaking philosophy.
Finally, we will guide you through a tasting of four estate wines made from different grape varieties: Chardonnay, Gamay, and/or Gamaret. For each wine, you will discover its color, aromas, and flavors.
