First rides
Mini Draisienne Academy: 1h of games and maneuverability for 3-5 year-olds who have not yet experienced riding a bike with pedals (without little wheels) - Objective: discover balance and learn to steer.
Mini Pilote Academy: 1? hours of off-road biking discovery on a small course. For children aged 4 to 6 who already ride a bike (without training wheels).

Mountain bike courses
Petit Bikers Academy*: ages 7 to 9
3 1/2-day sessions for an introduction to mountain biking: developing handling skills and tackling mountain terrain.
All Mountain Academy*: ages 9 to 12
3 1/2-day sessions to discover all-mountain mountain biking: how to ride efficiently and steer on rugged mountain terrain.
*No lift pass required on the first day - the instructor will tell you which lift pass to take for subsequent sessions - reduced rates with the school!

⚡Discovery VTTAE: 1h30 to discover the practice of electric mountain biking and locate the trails around the resort - from 9 years - beginners
⚡Evasion VTTAE: 1/2-day outing in the forest. Enjoy this pleasant moment of discovery and improvement - from age 12 - little mountain biking experience required
⚡Excursion / ND des Vernettes en VTTAE: full-day outing on an electric mountain bike taking you from Les Coches to the magnificent chapel of Notre Dame des Vernettes, a Baroque art gem listed as a historic monument, nestled at the foot of the Aiguille Grive and overlooking the Ponthurin valley. We then head for Rosuel, at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park. ATTENTION MAGNIFICENT! - from 9 years of age with some mountain-biking experience - bring a picnic
Our supervised All Mountain outings :
🚵♂️ All Mountain Discovery: 1/2 day outing - mostly downhill on wide trails, and introduction to riding techniques on single-track trails - from age 12 - a little mountain-biking experience required.
🚵♂️ Sportive / Le Petit St Bernard en All Mountain: 1/2 day outing - transport by minibus to the Col du Petit St Bernard, on the Italian border, with an incredible view of Mont Blanc. Descent to Landry via the Roman road and trails to the Isère river and greenway - from 15 years - experience required
🚵♂️ Expert All Mountain / day at the Bike Park: full-day outing. Descend to the plan d'eau du Gothard to warm up, then take the shuttle to the La Plagne Bike Park for a day of thrills and spills. Return to the resort via the trails or back down to the valley, depending on the state of the troops! Accessible from 15 years of age - Experience and good physical condition required - Lift pass included - Bring your own picnic!
