Description
In Gabriella's restaurant, the decor is varied and eclectic.
The odd crockery and second-hand furniture beautifully complement the green and relaxing interior.
A mixture of an Italian grocer’s shop, shelves stacked with local produce, and a trattoria from a little Apulian village, traditional and modern elements, wood, marble, flowers… All in all, it is a very pleasant mixed bag of styles.
‘Mamma Gabriella’ has selected the finest produce from Italy’s various regions.
The ‘Burratina’ is made by Caseificio Palazzo, while the ham is sourced from Leoncini.
La Burratina Al Tartufo contains delicious pieces of white Tuscan truffles from Marcelli Tartuffi.
Everything here is home-made and, above all, prepared with love.
Like any ‘Mamma’ worth her salt, Gabriella uses San Marzano AOP tomatoes to make her home-made sauce.
The pizza dough from Gabriella is lovingly kneaded and left to mature for at least 48 hours.
