In Chamrousse, at the gateway to the high mountains, frozen lake bathing offers a unique sensory experience. Plunge into the crystal-clear waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks, experiencing an icy, invigorating interlude in the heart of majestic nature. Professionally supervised activity: 30 minutes (equipment + briefing + bath). Between noon and 1pm, places limited to 3 people.

Equipment supplied: harness + rope.
Bring swimsuit and towel + warm clothes.
