Description
FRAZARIN's theme: "Setting a complicity between France and Italy to music".
The bistro's cuisine is a reflection of this young man: proud of his Italian roots and keen to discover all the depth and complexity of French cuisine, rich in its terroirs. At FRAZARIN, from starter to dessert, everything is homemade, with the ultimate aim of bringing glass to plate. FRAZARIN is an experience, a story, a moment suspended in time.
Lunch: a different menu every week, with seasonal and local produce, home-cooked, dishes faithful to the origins of the two regions.
At dinner: the menu changes every three weeks. The alchemy between France and Italy is the framework for Chef Harold's expression.
The drinks menu features a selection of products from both sides of the Alps. From Saint-Amour to Primitivo, Pastis to Cynar, FRAZARIN's cellar travels the length and breadth of France and Italy in search of popular beverages and exceptional products. As far as wine is concerned, the establishment wants to offer a real experience of sharing around beautiful bottles. You'll find the great wines of France, icons of the Italian wine world, but also wines that are frank and honest, and "good for the cheeks. "
