A beautiful day in perspective in four stages: the abbey of Mazan via the Roux tunnel, the Lake of Issarlès then the Mont Gerbier de Jonc and its market of local producers.

The Roux Tunnel

Mazan Abbey

The magnificent remains of this 12th century Cistercian abbey, which have been partially restored, are listed as historical monuments.

Mazan Abbey had the largest church in the Vivarais region and was a monastic complex of incredible size.

Today it is home to a contemporary art exhibition by Felice Varini, including the magical Golden Circles...

You will discover the history of this abbey during a guided tour.

The Lake of Issarlès

This is one of the "nuggets" of the Ardèche department.

With a surface area of 97ha and at an altitude of 1000m, this expanse of water offers a grandiose landscape where it is possible to enjoy swimming or walking.

The Mont Gerbier de Jonc

The Mont Gerbier de Jonc is the most famous of the "sucs" of the Monts d'Ardèche and welcomes at its feet the sources of the Loire river
