On the Rue des Déportés in the old town of Nyons, the chef Christophe concocts top-quality, modern cuisine. Our menu is inspired by Provence and changes with the seasons. The fresh products used showcase the wonderful potential of the Drôme.
Isabelle will greet you in a modern dining room, and in the vaulted cellar during winter. The wine list pays tribute to the region's winegrowers, who produce atypical and high-quality wines.
Bookings are recommended. After 12pm and 7pm we cannot guarantee you a table.
