Traditional Chinese thought considers body, mind and emotions to be inseparably linked to the natural world around us.
Fleur des shan is the sinogram for mountain. These play a special role in Chinese thought, and cover 1/3 of the country. We're all familiar with the drawing of yin and yang, but few know the etymology of these sinograms. Yin is the ubac, the shady side of the mountain, while Yang is the adret, the sunny side. It's easy to see why one can't exist without the other.
A theoretical but above all practical approach to plants, mountains, Qi Gong and Taoist meditation.
