Description
The Lycée agricole des Sardières has given itself a gourmet name: "Sardélices". This is the name of its store, which is largely stocked with products made on site. This tour will reveal some of the secrets behind the production of cooked dishes, Bresse poultry, terrines and other delicacies, all made with respect for the traditions and culinary practices of the Bresse region, sometimes subtly blended with know-how from elsewhere, as in the case of Italian-style "pastadélices". After a guided tour of the technology hall and workshop, sample some of the finest products on offer. Have you heard of "Bresson", a sausage made with Bresse blue cheese, or the tasty fish, poultry or meat terrines? Please reserve in advance.
