We're all familiar with the famous "Sold by auction", but what's behind this expression? How does an auction work? Where do objects and works of art come from? How are estimates made? What are the customs and codes of the trade? Auctioneer Maître Girard-Claudon will be on hand to answer all your questions, as will expert* Mme VIGNATI, invited for the occasion.
