The Crazy Salmon, located in the heart of Lyon on Rue Mercière, is a restaurant and cocktail bar dedicated to salmon. In 2022, we transformed
the Salmon Shop to offer an unforgettable culinary experience. Our chefs prepare salmon in all its forms, while our mixologists delight you with
an exceptional selection of cocktails, including their own original creations.

All year round
Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 11.45 am and 2 pm and between 6.45 pm and 10.30 pm. On Friday between 11.45 am and 2.30 pm and between 6.45 pm and 11 pm. On Saturday between 11.45 am and 11.30 pm. On Sunday between 11.45 am and 3 pm and between 6.45 pm and 10.30 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
