Description

The Château des Bachelards "Élégance" package includes a tour, a wine tasting, and a meal prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Aurélien Mérot.

Enjoy a guided tour to discover the castle's facilities, including our vineyards and cellars. This visit will help you understand the different stages of creating a great organic and biodynamic wine. We will conclude the tour by a commented tasting of 4 biodynamic wines from the estate.

You will then savor a lunch break prepared by starred chef Chef Aurélien Mérot from L'Auberge du Cep, served in the Clos des Bachelards. You will experience an intimate moment with a view of our vineyards, the castle’s tower, and the Fleurie hillside crowned by the "Chapelle de la Madone".

The chef will take you on a blindfolded gastronomic journey - an unprecedented sensory experience designed to surprise and delight you. You will feel as if you are dining in a fine restaurant, but in a unique setting. The menu includes a starter, a hot main course, and a dessert, accompanied by a bottle of wine from the domain for every four guests.

In case of bad weather, the meal will be served in our traditional barrel cellar.
