Description
In a modern laboratory in the basement of a historic Vieux-Lyon restaurant, the Chef organises themed workshops to teach you about Lyon’s traditions and market cuisine, make preserves and jams, and learn the techniques of your choice. If you fancy, you can join the Chef to start the morning with a visit of Saint-Antoine market before heading back through Vieux-Lyon’s “secret passages”.
During the lesson, 1 to 3 dishes can be made then tasted, with the possibility of matching wines to the food.
We also play host to young kitchen hands and their friends, making and sharing fool-proof recipes.
Lessons can also be adjusted to meet specific dietary requirements.
