Discovery of the use of crampons and ice axe on the Mer de Glace

Wednesday : climbing & mountain biking
Climbing in Les Gaillands then mountain biking on the balcony trails: an invigorating day!

Thursday : canyoning around Annecy
Previous canyoning experience is required to participate in this day

Friday : via ferrata & riverboarding
Via ferrata at Flégère then rafting or riverboarding depending on conditions
