The Gipsy Chalet is unique in its genre, with a decor that breaks the mould and a concept of dishes to share. This winter it is also reinventing itself with a concept of coffee shop and homemade snack from 4pm to 7pm, followed by our menu of dishes to share in the evening until 11pm. Chalet Gipsy is run by Alexis Dumas and Clovis Duvillard, a skier originally from Combloux, and his partner Clovis, who is also the restaurant's chef and photographer. An unusual background, but one that adds to the restaurant's charm!
