Description
The famous Brasserie Georges needs no introduction, a place steeped in history and serving traditional Lyonnais dishes. Founded in 1836 by Georges Hoffherr, the brasserie is located at the confluence of the rivers that flow through Lyon. Later, Perrache Station was built right next door.
Over the years, the brasserie has seen many celebrities pass through its tables, and you can find commemorative plaques affixed to the benches.
Immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere, thanks to the sumptuous Art Deco decor, or a menu featuring dishes that have broken world records: pike quenelle au gratin, royal sauerkraut, hot sausage, flambéed Norwegian omelet, and seasonal seafood platter.
