Maryan, always in search of artisanal authenticity, still forms today on prestigious internships, notably alongside Pierre-Hermé and the Valrhôna school; and this to best meet the expectations of a large regional and tourist clientele.
It is for all its reasons that each Gourmand will find his happiness.
