Description
New challenge for the Michelin-starred chef of le Farçon restaurant (1* Michelin) : Julien Machet opens his bistrot in Courchevel La Tania. This winter, Bistrot Machet took its first steps with the take-away sale of its casseroles concocted by Udrea Andreï: veal blanquette, Savoyard stew, beef stew greased with foie gras, French shoulder of lamb, etc. The credo of this new culinary reference in Courchevel La Tania: a chef's cuisine, "good food", in all simplicity.
