Description

You will join a small group in a friendly atmosphere to get the basics of the discipline and safety in this sport.

- technical level required + : I know how to ride a bike in town or in the countryside in complete safety
- physical level required + : accessible to all without restriction, except medical contraindication.

Practical tips :
- from 10 years old
- equipment included (downhill mountain bike, back and knee protectors, helmet)
- a qualified instructor
- possibility with ski pass included if needed

Opening

From 29/06 to 30/08/2024, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9.15 am and 11.45 am.
