Over 30 authentic pizza recipes, prepared before your very eyes from ingredients sourced from the best regions of France (matured St-Marcellin tomme, PDO Espelette pepper, Saint-Jean® ravioles, PDO Savoy reblochon, Bournette, etc.) and beyond (PDO Parmigiano Reggiano, cheddar, etc.) and baked in a top-of-the-range oven with rotating stone hearth.
