Description
Base Kamp by Aïnata's stunning location at the foot of Courchevel 1850's ski slopes is inspired by the Lebanese mountains.
Featuring sun-drenched coastlines and rugged mountains, Lebanon is a crossroads linking East and West, a fusion of European culture and Middle Eastern influences. Its cuisine reflects the rich experiences only travel can offer – a complexity born of diverse influences and the interplay of human histories. Thus, overlooking the slopes of Courchevel, the menu of our Lebanese restaurant Aïnata, co-signed by chefs Alan Geaam, Guillaume Duchemin, and Sébastien Vauxion, unveils a cuisine of sharing influenced by the gastronomic traditions of the Mediterranean region.
Relax in the comfort of the terrace at Base Kamp by Aïnata and enjoy a taste of Lebanese cuisine, reimagined by our chefs in the distinctive K2 Collections style.
